About me:

I am 26, originally from Kentucky, I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and I also have a bachelor of science degree in Rec/Sports administration. i have several years of experience in corrective exercise. As well as a year as a public trainer for the city of Bowling Green. I have always had a passion for fitness and health as well as helping people so what better way than like this!
